Through our Scaling Youth Outcomes cohort, we are increasing the number of youth achieving education and employment outcomes while strengthening data sharing and analysis across partners.

In 2024, we received multi-year funding as part of the Scaling Youth Outcome Cohort. Together, we’re using data and best practices to help more young people reach milestones like high school graduation, post-secondary enrollment and completion, and successful transitions into the workforce.
