Real life experiences of young people guide how we shape and improve services across Metro Denver.
We do this by supporting partners in cultivating belonging, meaning, wellbeing, and purpose (BMWP) throughout every stage of working with and hiring young people. By centering youth feedback and providing a strengths-based framework, we are boosting retention and persistence across both education and employment.
